Partner development – five-stage program
Ceyoniq’s Partner Development – 5 Stages programme is a structured concept for promoting partnerships and maximising joint potential. It aims to support partners in five clearly defined stages in order to systematically expand their know-how, sales expertise and marketability in relation to Ceyoniq’s solutions.
Step 1
During the initiation of a partnership, a concrete business idea is developed that serves as the basis for the collaboration. The focus is on identifying the joint business value that illustrates the advantages and synergies of the cooperation.
The strengths of both partners are worked out through open communication and the exchange of ideas in workshops. The aim of this phase is to create a solid basis for the partnership and clearly define the next steps.
Step 2
In the cooperation agreement phase, the contractual basis for the collaboration between Ceyoniq and the partner is defined. This involves drawing up partner agreements that define key aspects such as responsibilities, roles, confidentiality and profit distribution.
These agreements create a legal foundation that provides security and commitment. The aim is to officially seal the partnership and create the basis for realising the business idea.
Step 3
During the training and certification phase, partners are given access to a structured training plan from the Ceyoniq Academy. Here, key topics relating to nscale are taught in order to deepen the partners’ expertise.
In addition, targeted training courses are held for sales and support to ensure that the partners can present and support the products and solutions in the best possible way. At the end of this phase, certification is awarded, which officially confirms the knowledge acquired and enables partners to provide customers with competent support and sell successfully.
Step 4
In the coaching on the job phase, partners receive practical support to apply the knowledge they have learnt from the Ceyoniq Academy training courses in the real working environment. In addition to the theoretical content, partners are supported in the implementation of nscale solutions directly on site.
This phase includes individualised coaching to overcome specific challenges and use the products effectively in sales and support. The aim is to strengthen the partners in their practical application and thereby further develop their confidence and expertise in dealing with Ceyoniq solutions.
Step 5
In the independence phase, the partner assumes responsibility for managing its own activities. The partnership is consolidated while the partner independently implements and distributes Ceyoniq solutions on the market.
Regular business reviews are held at fixed intervals to evaluate the status of the partnership. Current goals, potential measures for further development and existing challenges are discussed at these meetings. This feedback enables both parties to adapt strategies and continuously work on optimising the collaboration. The aim of this phase is to ensure a successful long-term partnership and to achieve growth targets together.
